 If needing to re-schedule, please call/email 24hrs prior for a one-time courtesy re-schedule and to avoid losing your Fitting Fee. 

Same day cancelations/reschedules and/or No Show appointments must book a New Fitting appointment; Fitting Fee does not transfer. 

Booked appointments that show up late may still be seen, but may have a reduced fitting time based on other booked appointments and fitter availability. Walk-ins always welcome.
